1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and agent a9 ("Platform", "We", or "agenta9.net"). This document governs all aspects of platform usage, including account registration, gaming activities, financial transactions, and the use of any services provided by agent a9.

2Account Registration

• Each individual is only permitted to own one active account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Agent a9 complies with identity verification requirements to ensure platform security and adhere to established operating guidelines. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed.

Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• A copy of a valid MyKad or passport

5Bonuses & Promotions

10Account Closure and Suspension

Agent a9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• Registration information found to be false or misleading.
• The account is involved in suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The member fails to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• A directive has been received from the relevant authorities to do so.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to compliance with the relevant terms.

11Responsible Gaming
